Time to Fix the Truck Again
Well, Frank thought he'd fixed the truck again but no it threw the same code. Now onto buying the next most expensive part that could be causing the problem, it is all a guessing game with this "Reduced Engine Power" problem on a Chevy.
Lots of YouTube videos with people who have gone through the same problems. The truck only has 60,000 miles on it. I guess that is when the problems start. It has been an awesome truck thus far.
Praying this next part solves the problem.
We have replaced both the throttle body sensor and the accelerator pedal sensor and neighter fixed the problem into it repair for $300 now and still can't drive over 40 mph.
Truck still not fixed, off to the Dealer, time for them to figure it out. Hope they have a cheap secret fix! We have already spent
Well the dealer fixed it. they replaced the whole throttle body housing and replaced the wiring for only $550.
Only two weeks later the battery decided to go bad and had to replace that for $100+. I guess this 2004 truck which has been great since we bought it is finally getting old and needed things.
